  1. It relives stress and is healthy at the same time
  2. It’s not a misdemeanor unlike punching someone
  3. If you have to punch something why not hit up kickboxing, also legal
  4. Exercise aids in unplugging from your phone and connecting with nature
  5. It can be a social experience, or a solitary one depending on what you need
  6. If you emotionally eat, next time take those feelings to the treadmill, Mr. treadmill is excellent at soothing those emotions
  7. Need counseling, just grab a running buddy (well maybe still get counseling)
  8. Need to feel confident, lift a little heavier, run a little faster, do one more pull-up, achieve!
  9. Seeing to much cement and not enough green, take a break and go for a hike
  10. It helps you to stop and smell the flowers, and take a break from the daily grind of things
